Improvements

Browse dialogs remember your last folder

The Background and OS Icon Browse buttons now reopen in the folder you last picked an image from, instead of always starting at your home directory. The location persists across app restarts (stored in rEFInd_GUI.ini). If the remembered folder no longer exists — deleted, renamed, or a settings file carried over from another setup — the dialog safely falls back to the home directory as before. Applies to both the Linux and Windows builds.
