Deliverable
The project consists of the development of a web platform (SPA built with Vue.js 3) for searching and booking restaurants. The application allows users to browse available restaurants, view them on an interactive map that is filtered according to the selected category or type of food, make reservations, and leave reviews about their experience. Additionally, each restaurant has an administration panel from which its information, reservations, and performance statistics are managed.
The system includes the management of restaurants, reservations, and reviews within a single platform. It includes searching and filtering restaurants by category, geographic visualization through an interactive map, reservation registration and management by customers, restaurant ratings through reviews, and an administrative panel for each restaurant to manage its information, received reservations, and statistics (number of reservations, most requested time slots, and average rating). In this first version, it does not include online payment processes or the management of multiple restaurants from a single administrator account.
- Customer: user who searches for restaurants, checks their location on the map, makes reservations, and leaves reviews about their experience.
- Administrator: user responsible for managing the information, reservations, and statistics of their own restaurant.
The platform centralizes restaurant search, comparison, and reservation in one place, making it easier for customers to find options according to their location and food preferences. At the same time, it provides administrators with a simple tool to manage their restaurant and make informed decisions based on reservation and rating statistics, without relying on external systems or manual processes.
