Fixed: Claude Now Reads Conversion Knowledge

Previously, the AGENTS.md file wasn't being loaded. Now the prompt explicitly tells Claude to read it:

"First, read the conversion knowledge from: C:\...\AGENTS.md"

New: Configuration File

Customize behavior by copying config.example.bat to config.bat:

REM Choose your AI tool: claude, gemini, or codex

Better Error Messages

When Claude CLI isn't installed, you now get:

• Clear explanation of what's missing
• Option to open Node.js download page
• Reminder about Start Menu → Install Dependencies

Progress Feedback

AGENTS.md now instructs Claude to:

• Use -stats flag for live progress during conversion
• Show estimated time for long operations
• Always display before/after file sizes

AI Context Tools v1.2.0 - Easy Dependency Installation

New: Easy Dependency Installation

No more hunting for npm commands! This release includes a Dependency Installer that makes it easy to install Claude Code, Gemini, or Codex CLI.

How to Install Dependencies

Option 1: During Setup
After installation, check "Install AI CLI tools" to launch the dependency installer.

Option 2: From Start Menu
Start Menu → AI Context Menu Tools → Install Dependencies

Option 3: Run Manually
C:\Program Files\AI Context Menu Tools\install-dependencies.bat

What the Installer Does

1. Checks if Node.js is installed (required for npm)
2. Detects which AI CLIs you already have
3. Offers to install missing tools with one click:
   • Claude Code CLI: npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
   • Gemini CLI
   • Codex CLI

AI Context Tools v1.1.0 - AI-Assisted Conversion

New Feature: AI-Assisted Conversion

Right-click any file → AI Tools → Convert with AI Help

This launches Claude Code with full knowledge of conversion tools (ffmpeg, ImageMagick, Docling) and guides you through intelligent file conversion.

How it works

1. Right-click a video, image, or document
2. Select "Convert with AI Help"
3. Claude Code analyzes the file and asks about your goals
4. It recommends optimal settings and performs the conversion

Example conversation

You: [right-click video.mp4 → Convert with AI Help]
Claude: I see you have a 4K H.264 video (2.1GB). What's your goal?
        - Reduce file size?
        - Convert to a different format?
        - Optimize for web/mobile?

You: Make it smaller but keep good quality

Claude: I recommend H.265 with CRF 23. This typically reduces 
        file size by 50% with minimal quality loss.
