🧹 Extract helper methods from run_terminal_review

🎯 What: Extracted terminal reviewer MCP logic from run_terminal_review into a separate helper method _run_terminal_reviewer_session.
💡 Why: To make run_terminal_review more readable and keep the server lifecycle management logic contained and separated. This avoids a single massive function that mixes high-level logic (e.g. parsing handoffs) with complex async resource management.
✅ Verification: Ran format and lint checks which passed. Ran the unit tests (pytest zenith/tests/ -m 'not e2e') and all relevant tests pass.
✨ Result: run_terminal_review is now much simpler and readable, and the complicated resource management is cleanly encapsulated.

Closing as stale — this PR was filed against a main base that has since moved 12 commits ahead (PR #7 dry-integrate, #8 dispatcher, #9 jules refactor), and the touched files (acp_runner.py, cli.py, providers.py, assets.py) have been substantially refactored. Manual conflict resolution against the new base is not safe for autonomous merge — Jules needs to re-dispatch against updated main.
