modulejail v1.6.2
- mkinitcpio: strip the blacklist in the distro's single build (root cause
diagnosed by @tjmnmk, #29).--install-initramfs-hookno longer installs a
separate pacman trigger that ran a second fullmkinitcpio -Pafter the
distro's own kernel-install rebuild. Instead it drops
HOOKS+=(modulejail-strip)into/etc/mkinitcpio.conf.d/, so the strip hook
runs inside the distro's single build. This removes the wasted second build
and the brief window where the freshly written initramfs still carried the
blacklist, bringing Arch in line with dracut and initramfs-tools, which
already participate in one build. Reinstalling over an older version removes
the legacy95-modulejail-strip.hooktrigger, and--uninstall-initramfs-hook
cleans up the new drop-in. Requires mkinitcpio 31+ (forconf.ddrop-ins);
older versions get a warning to add the hook toHOOKSby hand. Verified on a
live Arch host (mkinitcpio 41): one build, the strip hook runs, and the
blacklist is absent from the generated image.
