Stability update

This release should fix two issues:

1. Energy consumption being unavailable after a restart.
   Sensor initialization is postponed until data from the MEP module is available.

2. Should avoid power spikes near 65000 W.
   When summarized power for each phase does not equal total power the values are ignored (to avoid ruining graph scaling).
