Final Submission Checklist

  • Length: Is it under 35 pages? (Quality > Quantity).
  • Visual Themes: Are all screenshots taken in light mode? (Dark mode screenshots are hard to read in print).
  • Figures: Are all diagrams vector-based (PDF/SVG)? Can you read the text on the axes of your plots?
  • The “Story”: Does the Related Work naturally lead to the Gap, which naturally leads to your Solution?
  • References: Is every citation in the text present in the Bibliography? (LaTeX does this automatically, but check for “??”).
  • Tone: Is it objective? (Avoid “I think,” “I feel,” “I believe.” Use “The data suggests,” “The proposed model...”).
