Double-Page layout always starts with one page

Steps to reproduce

1. Have double-page layout active
2. Open a chapter

Expected behavior

Previously it was displaying both pages at the same time.
(Page 1-2)
(Page 3-4)
[etc]

Actual behavior

Currently double pages only work from page 2 onwards.
(Page 1)
(Page 2-3)
[etc]
