Dual page layout button no longer shows up in reader bottom bar

Steps to reproduce

1. open Manga
2. open Chapter
3. tap on middle to bring up reader bottom bar
4. settings -> switch to dual page reader

Expected behavior

Single page reader switches to dual page reader mode and the bottom bar has two new buttons: toggle dualpage + shift offset

Actual behavior

Single page reader switches to dual page reader but bottom bar only shows one button: shift offset

forcing dualpage button always using "More > Setting > Reader > (Fork Settings >) Reader Bottom Buttons" and enabling "page layout" also doesn't work

An observation that might be useful to many still troubled with this: This happens only in the Default Reading Mode, just change the reader mode to anything else and the dual page layout button shows back up.
