Remove mark read on scroll

• Lots of bugs originate from this feature (Feeds marked at read when refreshing #1419, Mark as read on scroll not working on short lists #1461, Suddenly "read them all" #1557, When activating Mark as read on scroll, sometimes several contiguous still visible inside list are marked as read too early #1724)
• Incompatible with key pagination-based offset (Use keyed pagination for article lists #1972) since the total count only represents the current page set (not total like offset pagination)

Hi, is there a plan to reintroduce it or rework it in the future? This is the one I always use as it's easy to scroll and save articles that I want to read, and the rest are marked as read.
