Windows: extract the zip, double-click dead-sector.exe. All required DLLs are included.

Linux: extract the zip, run ./dead-sector. Requires libsdl2-2.0-0, libsdl2-ttf-2.0-0, and libsdl2-mixer-2.0-0 (apt install libsdl2-2.0-0 libsdl2-ttf-2.0-0 libsdl2-mixer-2.0-0).
