video size is not correct

Hi,

I set the size of AVCodecContext is 1024 * 600, but after encoding with h264_nvmpi the size of output video is 1024 * 607, and at the bottom of the video have a green line, its height is about 7 pix.

and when I use the ffmpeg4.x without h264_nvmpi on Ubuntu18, the video size is corrent.
