@github-actions github-actions released this 21 Oct 12:10

An alpha build for testing. It contains no firmware: open the plugin, click Choose ROMs... and pick the folder or .zip with your own Lexicon chip files. Until then it passes the audio through dry.

macOS

macOS 11 or later, Apple silicon or Intel. The bundles are ad-hoc signed and not notarized, so macOS quarantines them after a download and refuses to open them.

  1. Unzip Reflexion224-v0.1.1-alpha.1-macOS.zip. Then clear the quarantine on the unzipped folder by running this in Terminal (change the path if the folder is somewhere else):
    xattr -cr ~/Downloads/Reflexion224-v0.1.1-alpha.1-macOS

  2. Copy Reflexion224.component to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components, Reflexion224.vst3 to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3, and Reflexion224.app wherever you like.
  3. Restart your host or rescan its plug-ins.

Windows

Windows 10 or later, x64. The plugin and app are not code-signed, so SmartScreen may warn when the app is first opened: click More info, then Run anyway.

  1. Unzip Reflexion224-v0.1.1-alpha.1-Windows-x64.zip.
  2. Copy the Reflexion224.vst3 folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3, and Reflexion224.exe wherever you like.
  3. Restart your host or rescan its plug-ins.
