Minor Changes

  • #154 70d47d5 Thanks @joelhooks! - feat: UserPromptSubmit hook now injects timestamp and semantic memory recall

    • Timestamp injection: Every prompt now includes current date/time for temporal awareness
    • Semantic memory recall: Automatically searches hivemind for relevant memories on each prompt
      • Queries with prompt text, returns top 3 matches
      • Filters to high-confidence matches (score > 0.5)
      • Injects up to 2 relevant memory snippets as context
    • Uses local memory adapter wrapper for proper db type conversion
  • #154 70d47d5 Thanks @joelhooks! - Add Pi-inspired agent enhancements:

    • skills_reload tool: Hot-reload skills mid-session with cache invalidation
    • swarm_branch/swarm_return: Session branching for side-quests with context forking
    • skill-generator meta-skill: Generate properly formatted skill scaffolds
    • PostToolUse hook: Auto-trigger skill reload on skills_create/update/init

Patch Changes

  • #163 ed31f5c Thanks @joelhooks! - feat(plugin): upgrade for Claude Code 2.1.32 native integration

Add dual-mode architecture supporting both native agent teams and task
fallback. Plugin now complements rather than duplicates native features.

    claude-code-swarm-plugin:

    • agents: Add permissionMode, memory, disallowedTools, lifecycle hooks
    • swarm.md: Full rewrite with environment detection, mode-aware protocols
    • hooks: Add SubagentStart/Stop, TaskCreate/TaskUpdate tracking
    • skills: Update for TaskCreate/TaskUpdate, TeammateTool awareness
    • README: Add 2.1.32 integration docs, architecture diagram, comparison table

    opencode-swarm-plugin:

    • Fix test schema mismatch: add access_count, last_accessed, category, status
    • Fix decay_factor default from 0.7 to 1.0 to match Drizzle schema
    • Update column count assertions (14 → 18 columns)

Native teams provide: real-time messaging, planning mode, task UI
Plugin provides: git-backed persistence, semantic memory, file locking
