Version 1.1 integrates the last function that was still written in Python into the Rust code

  • Adds the dump_programs command, a port of a Python debugging script that's useful to take a peek at 60 sequence/program files: shows all 60 programs embedded in a SixtySequences+Programs disk file, and decodes the track-program assignments for the first three defined sequences.
