Fix dictation in Citrix (and other VDI) sessions getting hijacked by the inline-edit AI. VDI clients are now identified by vendor bundle-ID fragment (citrix, vmware.horizon, parallels.desktop, microsoft.rdc) so the actual Citrix Viewer session window is recognized regardless of version or rebrand, and the Cmd+C clipboard selection-capture fallback only runs in VDI apps when the user is in explicit Edit mode. Previously, Citrix's networked clipboard produced a false-positive "selection" during plain dictation, routing the transcript through the inline-edit path so the model replied conversationally instead of pasting the dictation.
