Install
Download Honeycomb-1.1.0-macos-universal.zip below, unzip, and drag Honeycomb.app to /Applications.
Universal (Apple Silicon + Intel). The app carries the gateway inside it — if the gateway isn't running, the map offers a START GATEWAY button.
First launch: the app is ad-hoc signed, not notarized (needs a paid Apple Developer ID). Right-click → Open → Open once, then it launches normally.
Requires macOS 14+, python3 (xcode-select --install), and SSH keys to your GPU boxes. See the README for fleet.json setup.
