Systemic Tau v3.0 (Beta) - Desktop Engine & Advanced Analytics
We are excited to announce the Public Beta release of Systemic Tau v3.0, featuring a fully standalone macOS Desktop Application and a major overhaul of the underlying Epistemic Engine.
As a Beta release, this version introduces advanced pre-processing, deterministic rigorous reporting, and AI-driven insights into a single graphical interface. We invite researchers and data scientists to test the software and report any bugs or suggestions in the "Issues" tab.

🚀 Key Features in this Beta
- Standalone macOS App: No Python or terminal required. Simply download the
.dmg, install, and run the graphical interface natively. - Transparent Data Health Layer: Added native strategies for missing data (
NaNs), allowing users to choose between strict abortion, manual prompts, or auto-interpolation. - Advanced Signal Smoothing: Introducing robust pre-processing filters directly in the sidebar, including Moving Average (n=3) and Savitzky-Golay (n=5), to clean high-frequency stochastic noise.
- Save & Compare Functionality: Save your full analytical reports locally and use the new "Compare with File" feature to benchmark current anomalies against historical data.
- Refactored Mathematical Kernel: The deterministic reporting structure has been condensed into a strict 7-section academic format for maximum clinical brevity.
⚠️ Known Limitations (Beta)
- The Multivariate analysis engine is currently disabled in this build to ensure mathematical stability.
- Large datasets (>100,000 rows) may take slightly longer to process without the Numba compiler (which is intentionally bypassed in this standalone build).
🛠 Installation Instructions (macOS)
- Download the
SystemicTau-Installer.dmgfile from the Assets section below. - Double-click the downloaded file.
- Drag and drop the
SystemicTau.appicon into your Applications folder (or Desktop). - Double-click to launch.
(Note: As this is an independent beta release, you may need to Right-Click -> "Open" on the first launch to bypass the macOS unsigned developer warning).
