Bug fix release:

• Refactoring led to a regression where if row or columns specifications were omitted, the grid template CSS would be empty, not the default 1fr as desired. The empty spec appears to behave the same as specifying 1fr, but it is preferred that the CSS generated by Grid be valid, obviously.
