The provisioner is used to flash the PCB badge firmware and inject the flag for the 2026 reversing challenge.
This release includes both the provisioner and the firmware. If you wish to compile the provisioner yourself, you can download the firmware from here and update the firmware path within the provisioner.
Usage

./provisioner
# windows
provisioner.exe --single-probe
- Windows: Install ST-Link driver first. You need to specify the startup parameter due to a driver issue.
- macOS: An executable is provided, but it has not been verified. If it fails to run, please compile it yourself.
Firmware
- v1.1 is for 2024 hardware
- v2.2 is for 2025 hardware
The 2025 board has "2025" printed on it.
You can also determine the year by checking for "V1" or "V2" on the back of the board.
