This prerelease exists so that the open-source project can be evaluated in the
same portable ZIP form that will later receive free SignPath Foundation code
signing. It is not a production release.

• the executable is not Authenticode-signed and Windows SmartScreen may
  display an unknown-publisher warning;
• the ZIP passed the repository's Windows host release audit, but its manifest
  deliberately keeps distributionReady=false and productionReady=false;
• verify SHA256SUMS.txt before extracting;
• the archive includes the MIT license, privacy policy, code-signing policy,
  third-party notices, CycloneDX SBOM, and SLSA provenance;
• installation and configuration changes are always shown for confirmation.

После одобрения проекта SignPath Foundation тот же tagged pipeline будет
выпускать Authenticode-подписанный кандидат. Он станет публичным production
release только после повторного host-аудита и exact-ZIP проверки в чистой
Windows VM.
