• Mill and Visions settings in the dashboard: a new Mill settings tab exposes the pack distiller, long-term memory, memory distillation, and ingest gates, and the Visions tab gains project scoping and an auto-fix toggle, so these lanes are no longer configurable only by hand-editing config.json.

Changed

• Memory settings cross the control WebSocket as an allow-list of booleans and clamped integers only; paths, record content, and unknown keys are refused by name on write and projected out on echo, and a dashboard save merges onto the stored block so file-only knobs survive.
• A Visions project scope entry that the picker cannot render is preserved across an unrelated settings save instead of collapsing the scope to unrestricted.
