Remove job tracking and context features Commented out job tracking and related context code in multiple files, disabling job record creation and context loading for jobs. Updated UI and settings to add a configurable top offset for dialogue messages, changed main button icon and order, and removed broken scenario items. Also added the main button icon texture and updated mod version to 0.93.3.
