  • Reset Claude's working directory after each Bash command in pipeline sessions via CLAUDE_BASH_MAINTAIN_PROJECT_WORKING_DIR=1 to mitigate cd-then-Write drift.\n- Clarified the security model and roadmap: file-edit tools are jailed to the current project, while Bash-mediated writes remain a design-level limitation pending stricter Bash gating or OS isolation.\n- Bumped the project version to 0.2.7.\n- Added OpenAI Codex to the README contributor credits.
