OpenCode v1.15.13 with Prompt Caching Improvements

This release applies prompt caching improvements from PR #5422 to OpenCode v1.15.13.

Changes

  • ✅ Provider-specific cache configuration system
  • ✅ Improved cache breakpoint logic with maxBreakpoints support
  • ✅ Support for 19+ providers (Anthropic, Bedrock, OpenRouter, Google, etc.)
  • ✅ Per-agent and per-provider cache configuration overrides

Expected Impact

Based on PR #5422 testing with Claude Opus 4.5:

  • 44% reduction in cache writes (post-warmup)
  • 73% reduction in effective cost (3rd prompt onwards)
