@johnnyxlemonade johnnyxlemonade released this 09 Dec 19:10

What’s New

  • Added support for contact tagging using the new /contacts (v3) API endpoint.
  • Introduced SmartEmailingApi::upsertTags() – performs an idempotent upsert (create/update) and assigns tags to a contact.
  • Added high-level method SmartEmailingClient::addTagsToContact() for easy integration with e-commerce workflows (courses, products, lead tracking).
  • Full backward compatibility with existing importContact() and updateContact() behavior preserved.
  • Improved PHPDoc annotations for better static analysis and IDE support.

and aligned component behavior with production API responses.

SmartEmailing Component – Version 1.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@johnnyxlemonade johnnyxlemonade released this 03 Dec 11:37

This release introduces a fully unified documentation layer across all SmartEmailing component classes
(Client, API, HTTP client, models, collections, schema, payloads, exceptions). All classes now include
consistent Lemonade Framework docblocks, improving readability and maintainability of the package.

A new toArray() method was added to SmartEmailingResponse to allow safe serialization and debugging.
The SmartEmailingClient now includes a diagnostic debug() helper, providing structured inspection of
authentication, ping status, and account ID.

Several internal models (SmartContact, SmartList, metrics, metadata, engagement, list entries) have been
refactored to a strict immutable design with typed constructors and unified getters. Collections now
implement consistent iteration and lookup behavior.

No breaking changes were introduced; existing public API remains fully backwards compatible.
