New APIs

  • Shipping Options (shippingOptions()) — combined pricing, service standards, and available options in one call
  • SCAN Forms (scanForms()) — create Label, MID, and Manifest MID shipment forms for batch label acceptance

Changes

  • Removed bundled OpenAPI specs — reference USPS/api-examples instead
  • Added CLAUDE.md for AI tooling
  • 101 tests, 172 assertions — all passing
