Zero-dependency edition of Nelson, in symbolic array notation.

What it is. The eight-step Royal Navy coordination doctrine from harrymunro/nelson v2.4.0, rewritten to run entirely on native Claude Code tools: plan mode, named background agents, worktree isolation, the task list, /goal, compaction, and memory. No Python, no hooks, no environment variables required.

Size. 14,597 tokens for the whole skill against 50,658 upstream (71% smaller); SKILL.md loads in 3,111 tokens.

Structure. SKILL.md plus eight references: symbol legend, squadron, action stations, tool mapping, six standing orders, four damage-control procedures, nine templates, and the Estimate. Structure is written as arrays; the crew and marine briefs stay in plain English because agents read them without the legend.

Lineage. v3.0.0 is the same edition before array notation. v2.4.0-sigma is the symbolic rewrite with upstream's scripts and hooks intact. Branch v2-legacy holds the original v2.0.0 fork.
