Codebase finally getting cleaner after many weekends of tinkering.

Major Changes

• Now using transformers based object detection model, achieving much higher performance in production environment (fine-tuning required soon to reduce high confidence false positives).
• Now using poetry for package dependency management.
• Finalised integration of docker for ease of deployment.
• Fixed problems at runtime that cause app to stop until restarted manually (should now run much more reliably).

Minor Changes

• Continued refactoring of codebase.
• Readme updates (roadmap).
• Added typing to function calls.
• Using proper logging (instead of boomer print statements).
