Settings -> Network for DeepSeek Harness: follow the Windows system proxy, connect directly, or point at your own http(s) proxy. Applied live, no restart required.

Bypasses the Windows ProxyOverride entries the harness cannot match (192.168.*, 10.0.0.0/8, <local>) and keeps loopback, RFC 1918, link-local and carrier-grade NAT addresses direct. Measured on a real machine: a private model endpoint went from HTTP 502 in 5175 ms through the proxy to HTTP 401 in 22 ms direct.

Requires DeepSeek Harness. Download dsh-network-config-1.0.0.zip, extract it, and run install.ps1; then fully restart the app. See INSTALL.md for the walkthrough and verify.ps1 to confirm.
