ByteMorph v1.0.0 (Public Beta)

Welcome to the first public beta release of ByteMorph!
ByteMorph is a secure, offline-first document processing application that brings enterprise-grade PDF and Office conversion tools directly to your local machine.

Because this is a Beta release, all core features are functional, but you may encounter minor UI bugs or edge-case errors depending on your Windows setup.

What's Included in this Beta:

  • 11 Local Tools: Merge, Split, Rotate, Extract Text, Protect, Unlock, and Watermark PDFs.
  • Image Conversions: Convert PDF pages to PNG archives, or combine JPG/PNGs into a single PDF.
  • Office Integration: Convert PDFs to Word documents (.docx) and Word documents to PDFs locally.
  • Modern UI: Full Dark Mode support, asynchronous file processing, and visual drag-and-drop page ordering.

How to Install

  1. Download the ByteMorph.exe (or ByteMorph.zip) file below under Assets.
  2. If downloaded as a ZIP, extract the folder to your computer.
  3. Double-click the .exe to launch the application.

Note on Windows Defender: Because this is an indie beta application and does not yet have an enterprise publisher certificate, Windows SmartScreen may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" warning.
To bypass: Click More info -> Run anyway.
