TMPA V1.0 formally publishes the bilingual A1.0 Architecture Paper, S1.0 Core Specification, and I1.0 Implementation Case.

The release dossier contains six publication PDFs, six Markdown editions, citation metadata, a machine-readable manifest, SHA-256 checksums, and the reproducible build record.

I1.0 records author-run, fixed-bundle CodeFlowMu V1.8.0 evidence against TMPA Core S1.0: 14 PASS, 0 PARTIAL, 0 NOT RUN, 0 FAIL across 71 mandatory assertions.
