What's new

Added English and German UI localization.
Added a language selector with System default, Deutsch, and English.
The app now follows the system language by default.
German system language selects German; English selects English.
Any other system language falls back to English.
Updated the app version to 1.2.2 (versionCode 31).

This release keeps the existing NFC tag format and material handling unchanged.
