multi-targets on alpine

This release brings multiple targets, and a switch to Alpine as the base OS.

• lighttpd: this is lighttpd with mod_auth
• lighttpd-webdav: adds mod_webdav
• lighttpd-extra: this is a custom build with additional OS packages to support specific cgi applications
