CSV language mode doesn't activate when entered manually in the language selector

Hi! I noticed that the extension only activates when the file has a .csv extension.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new untitled file.
• Set the language mode to CSV.
• Enter some CSV content.

Expected: The extension activates as soon as the language mode is set to CSV.

Actual: Nothing happens. As soon as I save or rename the file with a .csv extension, the extension starts working.
