• Altered the file structure regarding the main index.php which have moved out from the public folder to the project root. This makes it easier to both create the project and to deploy it.

• Changed the folder names under the App folder to use initial capital letter. This was made to make the autoloader work on Linux servers since they are sensitive to the file and folder capitalization.

• Fixed the router so that the application can be used as a subdomain on the host.

• Now the APP_URL value in .env is used to define the constant APP_URL in config/app.php. The config/dotenv.php had to be moved to the top in config.json so that it was loaded before config/app.php.
