Hormozi Brain Claude Project

Portable starter kit for building an Alex Hormozi-style Claude Project from public material.

This repo is the reusable version of the project described in the article:

It is designed to get someone to a useful advisor quickly without forcing them through the full transcript-collection workflow on day one.

Fast path

  1. Create a new Claude Project.
  2. Paste PROJECT-INSTRUCTIONS.md into Project Instructions.
  3. Upload the four files in knowledge/.
  4. Run the prompts in evals/test-prompts.md.
  5. Refine the instructions if you want stronger voice or stronger domain fit.

This gets most people to a usable starter version in 20-30 minutes.

Builder path

If the starter version is useful, upgrade it:

  1. Collect raw source material with sources.csv as the manifest.
  2. Prioritize books first, then guest podcasts, then long-form videos, then X threads.
  3. Distill the strongest recurring frameworks and edge cases.
  4. Replace or supplement the distilled files in knowledge/ with higher-fidelity sources.
  5. Re-run the prompts in evals/test-prompts.md after each upgrade.

Repo contents

  • PROJECT-INSTRUCTIONS.md
  • knowledge/01-core-frameworks.md
  • knowledge/02-voice-patterns.md
  • knowledge/03-background-and-beliefs.md
  • knowledge/04-how-to-use-this-agent.md
  • evals/test-prompts.md
  • sources.csv

What this repo is not

  • Not a Claude Project export
  • Not a bundle of scraped transcripts
  • Not a claim to private access or private source material

It is a portable setup kit built from public-framework distillation.

Sharing

  • Inside one Claude Team or Enterprise workspace, share the Claude Project directly.
  • Across separate Claude accounts, share this repo instead.
