Portable starter kit for building an Alex Hormozi-style Claude Project from public material.
This repo is the reusable version of the project described in the article:
It is designed to get someone to a useful advisor quickly without forcing them through the full transcript-collection workflow on day one.
- Create a new Claude Project.
- Paste
PROJECT-INSTRUCTIONS.mdinto Project Instructions. - Upload the four files in
knowledge/. - Run the prompts in
evals/test-prompts.md. - Refine the instructions if you want stronger voice or stronger domain fit.
This gets most people to a usable starter version in 20-30 minutes.
If the starter version is useful, upgrade it:
- Collect raw source material with
sources.csvas the manifest. - Prioritize books first, then guest podcasts, then long-form videos, then X threads.
- Distill the strongest recurring frameworks and edge cases.
- Replace or supplement the distilled files in
knowledge/with higher-fidelity sources. - Re-run the prompts in
evals/test-prompts.mdafter each upgrade.
PROJECT-INSTRUCTIONS.mdknowledge/01-core-frameworks.mdknowledge/02-voice-patterns.mdknowledge/03-background-and-beliefs.mdknowledge/04-how-to-use-this-agent.mdevals/test-prompts.mdsources.csv
- Not a Claude Project export
- Not a bundle of scraped transcripts
- Not a claim to private access or private source material
It is a portable setup kit built from public-framework distillation.
- Inside one Claude Team or Enterprise workspace, share the Claude Project directly.
- Across separate Claude accounts, share this repo instead.
