One small fix to keep a fresh clone green.

Fixed

  • The cmd/go-mutesting config tests read fixture files named *.yml.test. Those files are tracked today, but their name matches a .gitignore rule meant for compiled Go test binaries (*.test). That means a future remove-and-re-add could silently drop them and leave a clean clone with a broken test suite. A .gitignore exception now keeps them tracked so this can't happen.
