* Support Zig 0.14

#### Problem

Zig 0.14 is out, but this package doesn't support it.

#### Summary of changes

Not too much to do:

* update the package name to be a valid Zig identifier
* add a fingerprint
* update the clap dep to 0.10
* use the new crypto functions

* Also update CI and test-build
