Fixed

• Crash on macOS 15.x (Sequoia): The app was crashing on startup due to Bundle.module calling fatalError when it couldn't find the resource bundle
• Added safe fallback mechanism for icon loading
• App now gracefully uses system icons if custom icons unavailable
