fixed: no product name, product version and build version was printed for a
mounted Mac OS X Install CD/DVD image, because the name of the plist file was
passed to print_xml_info instead of the content of the plist file; a
regression that was introduced with v1.10 when print_xml_info was changed
from reading a file to taking the xml content
fixed: an install stub printed a "No such file or directory" error on stderr,
because the SystemVersion.plist was read even if nothing had been mounted
fixed: "Install Mac OS X Lion.app" was never found without program
arguments, because a Spotlight pattern is anchored at the beginning of the
file name and therefore "Install OS X *.app" cannot match it
fixed: the exit code was always 0, even if nothing could be read at all; the
script exits with 1 now if at least one installer could not be investigated
fixed: a failed "hdiutil attach" went unnoticed, the script printed the path
followed by an empty line and no error message at all
fixed: an installer path that contains *, ? or [ ] could be garbled, because
the pathname expansion was still active
fixed: a path without the .app suffix was cut at the last dot, so that a dot
in one of the parent folders led to a wrong app name
fixed: a path that does not exist was reported as an unsupported macOS
release instead of a missing folder
fixed: the "Resource busy" check was missing for the
"/Volumes/Shared Support" mount point that the Big Sur and Monterey
installers leave open
fixed: pressing Ctrl-C left the BaseSystem and InstallESD mount points behind
fixed: the MobileAsset archive was passed to unzip without checking that it
exists and that there is exactly one of them
changed: informational and error messages go to stderr now, stdout contains
the header line and the version info only
