Slis now deactivates its tracking when external changes invalidate a live slice, preserving checkout files, branches, and recovery records.

• Recover stale activation on startup, during live sync, and when resetting. Show a warning instead of repeating the same failure.
• Preserve stash references and use a fresh temporary branch when activating a recovered slice again.
• Exit through error dialogs with Ctrl+C, even when reset fails.
• Show the debug console only when SLIS_DEBUG=1 is set.
• Remove stale terminal tabs after a slice is cleared and avoid reactivating tabs on label updates.

Validation: macOS/Linux CI and TUI checks passed, including targeted Git recovery tests and real-process quit tests.

Upgrade with brew update && brew upgrade slis, then restart slis.
