Scope
- Picker dropdown entries: show the layout icon next to the name, and a small theme color swatch.
- Canvas metadata header: show the layout icon and/or a theme-tinted badge.
Done when
- The layout picker shows per-entry icon + color swatch for layouts that have them.
- The canvas header shows the active layout's icon next to its name.
