Highlights

  • One-command cross-platform installer (install.sh) with Homebrew/Linux package bootstrap, symlinks, antidote, and nvm setup
  • Profile-driven non-interactive provisioning
  • Secrets and machine-specific identity moved out of tracked files (.env, git/identity.local, zsh/local.zsh)
