I suggest we drop IE<9. Users who want this could fall back to older `arr-diff`.

@paulmillr published as 2.0. semver says I don't need to, but I'd rather be on the safe side. hopefully that's ok. In my own libs that use arr-diff, I'll patch them with this update where it makes sense |
