Highlights:

Codex's own models and effort levels: each machine's daemon asks Codex which models it offers, so the New work form lists the latest Codex models, with a Reasoning effort picker narrowed to each model's levels. Codex runs in pods now use the chosen model and effort too
Codex's 5-hour and weekly limits in the header of a Codex session
Claude Code agents on your machine start in auto permission mode instead of stalling on permission prompts; pick "Skip all checks" or "Ask first" per run
Option+↑ / Option+↓ in the web terminal on a Mac reach the program (Codex's "answer the question" key); Option-typed characters work again too
Killing a session moves it to Finished, and the run behind it ends without a retry
Session badges name the trigger that started them (GitHub, Slack, Linear, schedule), PR and ticket badges are larger and no longer duplicated, and the Work list has a Sessions button into the session screen

Upgrade notes:

Restart optio local up on each paired machine to pick up auto permission mode, effort, and Codex's model list.
Codex runs in pods now pass the model and effort set on the run; a repo's Copilot model setting no longer applies to Codex.
Database migrations run automatically when the API starts.
