Click the name instead of typing it

Deleting

• The name you have to type to delete a server can be clicked instead. It is a button
  now: one click puts it in the box and the Delete button comes alive. The name is still
  shown, and still has to end up in the box, so the moment of reading which server this is
  has not gone anywhere; only the typo has. The same applies to every other prompt that asks
  for a name: deleting a world, removing a backup.
