First release of the Translator Feedback Loop.

pkg_translations.zip is the extension package: the admin component and five plugins. Install it through System -> Install -> Extensions.

plg_task_translationsseed.zip is a separate, optional install that needs the package first. It seeds rules from a language pack the site already has.
