Fixes the crash right after the first fetch when ranking with your own model key.

• Ranking with your own model no longer crashes right after the posts are fetched. Every own-key setup was affected; the hosted service was not.
• The feed's progress bar can no longer crash the app when a ranking finishes.
• If your follow list is not on the relays set in Tune, the app now finds it on public indexers or on your own relays from your relay list.
