Summary

  • Remove discussion_category_name from the release workflow because GitHub Discussions is not enabled on this repository.
  • Fixes the v1.4.0 release workflow failure during release finalization.

Test plan

  • CI passes on this PR
  • Re-tag v1.4.0 after merge and verify Release + Packagist jobs succeed
